What is ZUGU Case warranty policy?Updated 19 days ago

All our ZUGU Case products are covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in workmanship or materials in EU and UK under EU consumer protection . 

Who is covered:

This two year limited warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end-user purchaser who bought a ZUGU Case product through ZUGU Case EU & UK. A copy of the original sales receipt  and order information from the purchase is required for warranty service. 

How to claim:

To begin a warranty claim within the 2 year warranty period for ZUGU Case products, please contact [email protected]. 

Please include the following info in your email:

• Photo/video of the damaged product showing the issue.

• Copy of your sales receipt or order number.

• Brief description of the issue. 

• Shipping address for the replacement and phone number.

Providing all of the information above will help to expedite the review of your claim. We will evaluate your claim (typically within 3-5 business days) to determine if it qualifies for a warranty replacement and will contact you via email regarding the status of the claim. Should the product need to be returned for inspection, ZUGU Case is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to ZUGU Case.
