Can I modify or cancel the order?

Where can I receive an invoice?

We are only able to send out an invoice once the order is completed. After finishing the purchase, please reach out to [email protected] with your detailed company information and VAT number and we will edit the invoice for you.

If I purchase for a company, can I ask for the tax reduction?

No, we don't do tax reduction on our end. Please note that our website is currently designed for sales to consumers, not for business customers. As such, VAT is applied based on the OSS system. This is also why it is not possible to add a business VA
